<br />The court further finds that the name of the deceased was published in the Notice of Administration
<br />as Chris._Ronnef eldt and that Chris Ronnefeldt and Chris Ronnfeldt are one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased some times used the name of Christ Ronnfeldt and that
<br />Christ Ronnfeldt and Chris Ronnfeldt are one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that the said Chris Ronnfeldt departed this life on the 11th day of
<br />1930, being at the time a resident of Hall County,Nebraska; that he died intestate; that he left
<br />viving him as his only heirs at law the following named persons, all the heirs being more than
<br />twenty -one years--of age, towit:
<br />Rose Ro mzfeldt Schultz, a daughter of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Henrietta Ronnfeldt Xrehmke, a daughter of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />P elliam Ronnfeldt, a son of Hall County, Nebraska, oelia Romfeldt Sanders, a daughter of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />Lena Ronnfeldt Thomas, a daughter of Gundergrift, Pennsylvania,
<br />Arthur E.Ronnfeldt, a son of'Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Paul.J.Ronnf eldt, a son of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that said Chris Ronnfeldt, deceased,was , at the time of his death, the owner of
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, ,towit: An undivided one -third
<br />interest in and to Lot Five-(5)s Block Ninety -four (94) Original Town now City of Grand Island,
<br />as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the real
<br />estate above described, did pass and descend on the death of said Chris Ronnfeldt, deceased, in _th
<br />manner following: To Rose Ronnfeldt Schultz,_ Henrietta Ronnfeldt - Krehmke, William Ronnfeldt, Oeoel
<br />Ronnfeldt Sanders, Lena Ronnfeldt Thomas, Arthur E. Ronnfeldt and Paul J.Ronnfeldt, share and share
<br />alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that on the death of the said Chris
<br />Ronnfeldt, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described, towit: An undivided one -third intere
<br />in and to Lot,Five (5),.Blook Ninety -four (94) Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded did pass and descend under the laws of descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska in the following manner: To Rose Ronnfeldt Schultz, Henrietta Ronnfeldt Krehmke, William
<br />Ronnfeldt, Cecelia Ronnfeldt Sanders, Lena Ronnfeldt Thomas, Arthur E.Ronnfeldt and Paul J.Ronnfe
