<br />OF THE ESTATE OF SOPHIA RONNFELDT, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,AEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate

<br />of Chris Ronnfeldt, deceased.
<br />Now on this 15 day of Sept. 1931, this cause come on for hearing on the final report of Arthur E.
<br />Ronnfeldt, administrator of the estate of said Chris - Ronnfeldt, deoeased, and it appearing to the
<br />court that notice thereof has been given to all interested persons in said estate as by law provi4
<br />and as required by order of the court, and the proofs of such notice being duly filed in this coin
<br />and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination, that the account exhibited by the
<br />said administrator is correct in all things and should be approved and allowed, and it appearing
<br />that said administrator has accdunted for all of the estate which has come into his hands,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of said Arthur E. Ronn-
<br />f eldt, administrator of the estate of Chris Ronnfeldt, deceased, be and the same is approved as
<br />and for his final report.

<br />The court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided
<br />by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased, tha
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed against said estate hi
<br />been paid, that the funeral expenses of said deceased, and the costs of administering said estate
<br />have been fully paid, and that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred fry
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Chris Ronnf eldt and said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court further finds that said administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of
<br />#3237.36, that he has expended in cash on account of costs and expenses of administration, expen
<br />of the last illness and the funeral and the payment of claims the full sum of $3237.36 and that
<br />therefore, all the cash which has come into the hands of said administrator_has,been expended.
<br />IT.IS_THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the payments made b:t skid admini
<br />trator as in his report shown are approved and allowed.
<br />The court further finds that the said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska*
