<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed in said estate have
<br />been paid, that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate
<br />have been fully paid, and that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred fron
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Sophia Ronnfeldt and said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court further finds that said administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of
<br />#459s that he has expended in cash on account of costs and expenses of administration, funeral
<br />expenses and expenses of the last illness, the full sum of $459, and that therefore, all the cash
<br />Whioh, has c©me` into the hands of said administrator has been expended.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the payments made by said adminis-
<br />trator as in his report shown, are approved and allowed.
<br />The court further finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of t
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that the name of the deceased was published in the Notice of Administration
<br />as Sophia Ronnefeldt, but that Sophia Ronnfeldt and Sophia_Ronnefeldt are one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that Sophia Ronnfeldt departed this life on the 27th day of April 19301
<br />being at the time a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that she died intestate, that she left _
<br />surviving her as her only heirs at law the following named persons, towit: Chris Ronnfeldt, her
<br />surviving husband, the said Chris Ronnfeldt being the father of the - ohildren hereinafter named an
<br />all children hereinafter named being more than twenty -one years of age; Rose Ronnfeldt Schultz, a
<br />daughter of Hall County, Nebraska, Henrietta Ronnfeldt Krehmke, a daughter of Hall 0ounty,Nebrask ,
<br />William Ronnfeldt, a son of Hail County,Nebraska, Cecelia Ronnfeldt Sanders, a daughter of Hall -
<br />County, Nebraska, Lena Ronnfeldt Thomas, a daughter of Gundergrift, Pennsylvania, Arthur E.Ronnfe dt
<br />a son of Hall County,-Nebraska, and Paul J.Ronnf eldt, a son of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that said Sophia Ronnfeldt, deceased, was, at the time of her death, the
<br />owner of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, towit: Lot Five ( )
<br />in Block Ninety -four (94) or the Original Town now Oity of Grand Island,Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded.
<br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the real
<br />estate above described did pass and descend upon the death of the said Sophia Ronnfeldt, deceased
<br />in the manner provided: To Chris Ronnfeldt, her surviving husband, an undivided one -third interest
<br />therein and to each of the other named heirs at law, namely: Rose Ronnfeldt Schultz, Henrietta
<br />Ronnfeldt Krehmke, William Ronnfeldt, Cecelia Ronnfeldt Sanders, Arthur E.Ronnfeldt, Lena Ronnfeldt
<br />Thomas and Paul J.Ronnfeldt an undivided two- twenty first (2/21) interest therein, all subject,
<br />however, to the homestead rights and estate of the said Chris Ronnfeldt, surviving husband of said
<br />deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that on the death of said Sophia Rona --
<br />feldt, deceased, the:real estate hereinbefore described, towit: Lot Fivei(5) Block Ninety - four -(9 )
<br />Original Town now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded did pass and
<br />descend under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska, in the manner following, towit: To
<br />Chris Ronnfeldt, her surviving husband, an undivided one -third interest therein and to each of the
<br />other named heirs at law, namely: Rose Ronnf eldt Schultz,Henrietta Ronnfeldt Krehmke,William Rmnn
<br />feldt, Cecelia Ronnfeldt Sanders, Arthur E.ROnnfeldt, Lena Ronnfeldt Thomas and Paul J.Ronnfeldt,
<br />an undivided two- twenty -first (2/21) interest therein, all subject, however, to the homestead
<br />rights and estate of the said Chris Ronnfeldt, surviving husband of said deceased.
