<br />The court further finds that the property belonging to said estate has been appraised for the pur-
<br />1 of fixing inheritance tax and that from the appraiser's report and proof on file, the court
<br />!finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the personal property remaining
<br />in the hands of the administrator in the sum of $97.29, is hereby assigned to said administrator,)
<br />that there remains no personal property in his hands for distribution.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and in-
<br />"s t erest of Anna E. Baker in and to the East half and the South Quarter of the West Half of all that
<br />part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ NWJ) of Section Twenty -two (22) Townsh:

<br />plat of South Grand Island, did pass and descend at her death, under and by virtue of the law of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska, in the manner following:
<br />To Hugh P.Baker, her husband, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />To Hugh L.Baker, a son, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />To Robert L.Baker, a son, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />subject to the homestead rights of the said Hugh P.Baker therein; and the court awards it to them.

<br />Now on this_15 day of Sept. 1931, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Arthur E.
<br />Ronnfeldt, administrator of the estate of said Sophia Ronnfeldt, deceased, and it appearing to the
<br />court that notice thereof has been given to all interested persons in said estate as by .2&w provie
<br />and as required by order of the court and the proofs of such notice being duly filed in this court
<br />and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination that the account exhibited by the
<br />said administrator is correct in all things and should be approved and allowed, and it appearing
