In the Matter of the Estate
Final Decree.
of Anna E.Baker, Deceased.
Now on this 2nd day of October, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
Hugh P.Baker, administrator of the estate of Anna E.Baker, deceased, it appearing to the satis-
faction of the court, from the proof now on file, that notice was given to all persons interested
-of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publica-
tion and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report,
After full examination thereof, the court finds that the said report is correct in all respects
and ought to be allowed and approved, that the said administrator has paid all of the debts of
said deceased, the funeral expenses and all other claims filed against said estate that said
administrator has accounted for all of the estate which has come into his possession, that there
remains in his hands the sum of $97.25, which amount is hereby assigned to the said administrator
that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died in-
testate, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, the following named
persons:
Hugh P.Baker, her husband
Hugh L.Baker, a son,
half and the South Quarter of the West Half of all that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NWJ NWJ) of Section Twenty -two (22) Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine
