<br />FINAL., DECREE.
<br />LEWIS BROWN, DECEASED.
<br />Comes now Ward M.Burgess administrator de bonis non of said estate & represents & shows unto the
<br />Court that all debts. against laid estate have been paid. That full settlement has been made with
<br />Margaret Brown Burgess & E.Dora Brown sole heirs of said estate and their respective interests in
<br />said estate paid & turned over to them as shown by their receipt hereto attached and your petition
<br />asks that an order be entered herein discharging him as administrator de bonis non and settling sa
<br />estate and discharging the bondsmen of Charles H.Brown now deceased who was administrator of said
<br />estate & his own bondsmen upon the payment of the costs of administration of said estate.

<br />In the Oounty Court of Seward County, Nebraska.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Present H.N.Colman, County Judge.
<br />Gustav Rutenbeck, Deceased. DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT.
<br />NOW, _on this 2nd day of November, 1912s this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of Gusta
<br />Rutenbeok, Henry H.Balster and Louis O.Roden, for a final settlement of the estate of Gustav Rute
<br />beck, deceased, on the final administration account of the administrators of said estate, and the
<br />evidence, was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds;
<br />THAT on the 7th day of October, 19121 Gustav Rutenb eck, Henry H.Balster and Louis C.Roden, the
<br />administrators of the estate of Gustav Rutenbeok, deceased, filed in this Court their final ad-
<br />ministration account as such administrators and a petition praying that said account be settled ax
<br />allowed, that said estate be distributed as required by law, that they be discharged from their
<br />trust as such administrators and that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing'.
<br />said petition, and examining and settling said account, and that notice be given thereof as the
<br />law directs.
<br />THAT, on the 7th day of October, 1912, an order of Court was made assigning the 2nd day of Novembe
<br />1912s at 9 ofclock A.M. at the County Court of Seward County, Nebraska, as the time and place for
<br />hearing said petition, and examining and settling said account, and requiring that no notice of
<br />said hearing be given but that the persons interested in said estate as heirs enter their full,
<br />free and voluntary appearance in said cause to said final report and petition for discharge.
<br />That each of the heirs at law of said Gustav*Rutenbeck, deceased, have in writing entered their
