<br />Comes now Paul N.Kirk, County Judge in and for the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, and
<br />makes a further finding in the Estate of Marie C.VonWasmer, deceased, and the same to be made
<br />a part of final decree herein:
<br />That the name of the deceased appearing through out the proceedings of the estate as Marie C.
<br />VonWasmer and Marie C.Wasmer refer to and are one and the same person.

<br />tition are true, and that said petitioners Samuel F.Spahr and Herman F.Spahr are the present owner
<br />of real estate hereinafter described and are competent and proper persons to prosecute this proceed-

<br />Now on this 6th day of September, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Samuel
<br />F.Spahr and Herman F.Spahr, praying for the settlement of said estate, for a determination of the
<br />heirship and right of descent of the real estate belonging to Charlotte darner, and the degree of
<br />kinship of her heirs at law, and a decree settling her estate.'
<br />And it appearing to the court from the proofs on file herein that due and legal notice has been
<br />given by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this court provided,
<br />to all creditors, heirs at law, and other persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said
<br />petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, and there being no objection
<br />thereto, this cause was daly submitted to the court upon the petition and the evidence in support
<br />thereof, and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said pe-
<br />tition are true, and that said petitioners Samuel F.Spahr and Herman F.Spahr are the present owner
<br />of real estate hereinafter described and are competent and proper persons to prosecute this proceed-
