<br />Said will with certificate is in words and figures as follows, to -wit:
<br />"I, Marie C.Wasmer, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last
<br />will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST:- I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND : - I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether not
<br />held by me or hereafter acquired, to my beloved sister, Charlotte C.Wasmer, to have and to hold thi
<br />same forever.
<br />I am not unmindful of my other relatives, but feel that my sister Charlotte being alone in the
<br />world, is alone entitled to my bounty.
<br />;THIRD : - I nominate and appoint my said sister, Charlotte C.Wasmer, as Executrix of this will, and
<br />,request that she be not required to furnish security on her official bond as such.
<br />(FOURTH : - I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.

<br />day of July, 1932, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Marie C.VonWas
<br />deoeased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 2nd day of August, 1932, said Instru
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Marie C.VonWasmer, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court finds that this estate is not subject to inheritance tax and that all costs herein have

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims have been paid, all unpaid claims, if any
<br />there be, are barred, that the deceased died siezed of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Thirty
<br />five (35) in Charles Wasmer's 2nd Addition,_,to the City of Grand IslandsNebraska, with complimenta
<br />fraction to said lot Seven (7); that said lots, by the terms of said will, descended to Charlotte
<br />Wasmer, to have and to hold the same unto her forever; that the executrix herein has done everyth
<br />that should be done and that this estate has been fully administered and closed, and
<br />it
