<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />THE ESTATE OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />Marie C.VonWasmer, deceased.
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard on the final report of the executrix, the Court finds
<br />that after said report was filed, an order was _made and duly published according to law in the
<br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed and circulated in said Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that a hearing on said report would be had at my office on the 21st day of August, 1934; that on
<br />said date no objections had been filed and no person appeared opposing the adoption and approval
<br />of said final report by the Court and upon an examination, the Court finding said report to be
<br />correct and it should be approved, and that the executrix has paid all claims filed against this
<br />estate,
<br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said report be accepted, adopted and approved as the final report of
<br />the executrix herein, and that she be discharged from further acting. in that capacity.
<br />The Court further finds that said Marie C.VonWasmer departed this life at her residence in this
<br />County on the 28th day of June, 1932, testate,,that her will was,affered for probate in this
<br />Court and that an order was made for hearing and for notice'to be given all persons concerned,
<br />by publication in the said Grand Island Independent, which notice was published for three weeks
<br />in said paper and on the 2nd day of August, 1932, said will was ordered admitted to probate and
<br />taken and accepted as the last will of said Marie VonWasmer; that Charlotte C.VonWasmer duly
<br />filed her bond and oath of office and was given one year in which to minister said estate, and
<br />that creditors were allowed three months from and after the 30th day of August, 1932, in which
<br />to file their claims herein, and that notice of the hearing on such claims was published for
<br />three successive weeks in said Grand Island Independent and that on the 30th day of November,
<br />1932, the date set for hearing of claims, all claims were reported paid and there are no claims
<br />on file unpaid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that any persons holding claims against said deceased unpaid, are hereby
