Now on this 29" day of August, 19341 I FINAL DECREE* this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of Magdalena Claussen,_ Executrix of the last will and testament-of Hans Jacob Claussen, deceased, an f upon her Final Report and petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and having examined the report and files herein, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing ,upon said Final Report as heretofore ordered. to objections having been made to said Final Report the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and tes i- I mony in support thereof, and finds that the report is true and correct and ought to be approved d allowed as and for the final Report of said Executrix. The Court further finds that Hans Jacob Claussen departed this life at his place of residence in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16th day of November, 1933, and at the time of his death was a bona I fide resident of said county and state. aThe Court further finds that on the 2nd day of December, 1933, _the said Sophie Magdalena Claussen filed a petition praying for the allowance of probate of an instrument purporting to be &.last will and testament of said Hans Jacob Claussen deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed December 26, 1933 as the date for hearing said petition and for making proof of said last will and testameInt and due notice of the filing of said petition with the time and place fixed for hearing thereon as ordered by the Court was made in the manner provided by law, and on said date said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate as and for the last will and testament of the said Hans _Jacob Claussen, and letters testamentary were thereupon issued to the said Sophie Magdalena Claussen as Executrix as named in said last will and testament and she qualified as such. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, and that such time has fully ex- pired and that all claims having been filed, and the costs of administering said estate have been paid, as shown by the vouchers on file. The Court finds that there was no State Inheritance Tax payable herein. The Court further finds that said Executrix has complied with all the provisions and terms of saic last will and testament. The Court further finds that there was no personal property belonging to said deceased except the household furniture, which under the law belongs to the widow, and has been delivered to her. The Court further finds that all claims have been paid by said widow, who is the Executrix herein$ from her own personal funds. The Court further finds that said deceased at the time of his death was the owner in fee simple title of the-following described real estate, to -wit;- The Nest Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24# in Township 12, North of Range 11, Rest of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of said Execut3 be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her Final Report and said estate is here settled and closed and said Executrix is hereby discharged and her bond of such is hereby releasee It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all claims against said estate not filed herein are forever barred. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the 'Courts that under and by virtue of the terms of said last will and testament of Hans Jacob Claussen, deceased, the absolute title in fee simple tc the following described real estate, to -wit;
