TJJg AVq VSTIN.E.G0;. 84 _2775 -3 <br />t <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />{ In the Matter of the Estate <br />I of <br />I Hans Jacob Claussen, Deceased. <br />Now on this 29" day of August, 19341 <br />I <br />FINAL DECREE* <br />this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of <br />Magdalena Claussen,_ Executrix of the last will and testament-of Hans Jacob Claussen, deceased, an <br />f upon her Final Report and petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the <br />Court being fully advised in the premises and having examined the report and files herein, finds <br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and <br />place fixed for hearing ,upon said Final Report as heretofore ordered. to objections having been <br />made to said Final Report the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and tes i- <br />I mony in support thereof, and finds that the report is true and correct and ought to be approved d <br />allowed as and for the final Report of said Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that Hans Jacob Claussen departed this life at his place of residence in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16th day of November, 1933, and at the time of his death was a bona <br />I fide resident of said county and state. <br />aThe Court further finds that on the 2nd day of December, 1933, _the said Sophie Magdalena Claussen <br />filed a petition praying for the allowance of probate of an instrument purporting to be &.last <br />will and testament of said Hans Jacob Claussen deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed December <br />26, 1933 as the date for hearing said petition and for making proof of said last will and testameInt <br />and due notice of the filing of said petition with the time and place fixed for hearing thereon as <br />ordered by the Court was made in the manner provided by law, and on said date said instrument was <br />duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate as and for the last will and testament of the said <br />Hans _Jacob Claussen, and letters testamentary were thereupon issued to the said Sophie Magdalena <br />Claussen as Executrix as named in said last will and testament and she qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, and that such time has fully ex- <br />pired and that all claims having been filed, and the costs of administering said estate have been <br />paid, as shown by the vouchers on file. <br />The Court finds that there was no State Inheritance Tax payable herein. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has complied with all the provisions and terms of saic <br />last will and testament. <br />The Court further finds that there was no personal property belonging to said deceased except the <br />household furniture, which under the law belongs to the widow, and has been delivered to her. <br />The Court further finds that all claims have been paid by said widow, who is the Executrix herein$ <br />from her own personal funds. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased at the time of his death was the owner in fee simple <br />title of the-following described real estate, to -wit;- <br />The Nest Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24# in Township 12, North of Range 11, Rest of <br />the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of said Execut3 <br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her Final Report and said estate is here <br />settled and closed and said Executrix is hereby discharged and her bond of such is hereby releasee <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all claims against said estate not <br />filed herein are forever barred. <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the 'Courts that under and by virtue of the terms of <br />said last will and testament of Hans Jacob Claussen, deceased, the absolute title in fee simple tc <br />the following described real estate, to -wit; <br />
