<br />I, Hans Jacob Claussen, farmer, near Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and dispos
<br />mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:
<br />First: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral be paid
<br />out of my estate.
<br />Second: All the rest and residue of my estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found I give,
<br />devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Sophie Magdalena Claussen, to be held by her in fee
<br />simple, and, in so doing, I do not forget our ten children, Johann H.Claussen ;Anna M.Claussen;
<br />Minnie Claussen; Amanda Claussen; Marie Claussen; Efrida,;Claussen; Ella Claussen; Edward Claussen;
<br />Emma Claussen and Ida Claussen, or any child or children that may be born unto us herelfter, or
<br />posthumous child or children, the issue of our marriage, but have full confidence in the desire
<br />and ability of my said wife to do what is best for said children.
<br />Third: I hereby appoint and constitute my said wife, Sophie Magdalena Claussen, sole executrix
<br />of this my _last will and testament, and I desire that she be not required to give surety on her
<br />bond as such executrix.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this let day of May, 1907-

<br />Jacob Claussen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day of December,
<br />i933s said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Hans Jacob Claussen,de-
<br />ceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
