<br />Township Ten (10) North of Range Twelve (12), West. And that prior to the death of the said
<br />S.Ewing his brother William Ewing died seized of the South half of the North -east Quarter of Seotf
<br />Four (4), Township Ten (10) North of Range Twelve (12),West. And that the said Robert Ewing and
<br />the said William Ewing each died intestate and without issue.
<br />And it is further found by the court that prior to the death of the said Charles S.Ewing, he and
<br />the said Edwin Ewing had entered into a verbal contract by the terms whereof the said Charles S. 1

<br />Ewing was to and did sell and convey to the said Edwin Ewing the West half of the South -west Quarter
<br />I of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10), North of Range Twelve (12),West; and the said Edwin Ewing
<br />in. consideration therefor agreed to, and_.did sell and convey to the said Charles S.Ewing the East
<br />half of the North West Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10),North of Range Twelve (12)
<br />and that each of the said parties, under the said agreement, took possession of the said lands so
<br />sold, and held possession under the said contract subsequent thereto, but did not execute deeds for
<br />either of the said tracts.
<br />It is further found, adjudged and decreed by this court that all of the matters as between the s d
<br />heirs and the said widow in reference to the said property have been settled, and division of tht
<br />said property rights and estate of the said Charles S.Ewing deceased, both as to his, the said
<br />Charles S.Ewing's, own right and as heir of Robert Ewing, deceased, and William Ewing, deceased,
<br />and good and sufficient deeds of conveyance have been executed and delivered by each of the said
<br />heirs of the said Charles S.Ewing, deceased, conveying the title to the real estate aforesaid to
<br />the respective persons as per the said agreement, to -wit;-
<br />Edwin Ewing and Maria Ewing, his wife, convey by warranty deed to said Mollie J. Ewing, the East
<br />half of the North -west Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10), North of Range Twelve (7
<br />West, and all of the surviving heirs of the said Charles S.Ewing, deceased, conveying by quit
<br />claim deed to the said Mollie J.Ewing said Lot Ten (10), in Block Sixteen (16), original town,
<br />now village of Wood River, Nebraska.
<br />And the said Mollie J.Ewing, in her representative capacity as executrix of the estate ,af . 6a d
<br />Charles S.Ewing, deceased, execute and deliver to the said Edwin Ewing a deed, under direction i
<br />the court, for the West half of the South West Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10),
<br />North of Range Twelve (12), and also in her individual capacity as such administratrix to executO
<br />a quit -claim deed to the said Edwin Ewing for the said last above described property, and quit-
<br />claim deed to the surviving brothers and sisters of said Charles S.Ewing, deceased, to the fol-
<br />lowing described lands, to -wit; The east half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Three (3),
<br />Township Ten (10), North of Range Twelve (12); the South -east Quarter of Section Four (4), Towns
<br />Ten (10),North of Range Twelve (12); the north half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Nine (9)'
<br />Township Ten (10), North Range Twelve (12); and the South half of the North -east Quarter of Seo-
<br />tion Four (4)0 Township Ten (10) North of Range Twelve (12), West,_ all _in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />That the said Mollie J.Ewing is the wife of the said _Charles S Awing; that there is no,issue by
<br />the marriage between the said Charles S.Ewing and the said Mollie J.Ewing. And that the said
<br />Charles S.Ewing left surviving him, as the sole and only heirs, the said Mollie J.Lrwing, his
<br />wife, and John A.Ewing, Edwin Ewing, Helen.C.Crawford,Mary J.West and Elizabeth A.Curtis, brothe�
<br />and sisters of the said Charles S.Ewing,deoeased.
