That at the time of her death the said Elizabeth Detlefsen was seized of an estate in fee simple in the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot Nine (9), in Block Nine (9) in Gilberts' Ad4i- ' tion to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. Also an undivided one -third share.in Lotf Five (5) and the west three (3)_feet and 2 3/4 inches of Lot Four (4), in Block Twenty -five (25) of the Original Town of Wood River, Nebraska, including the vacated part of the northerly fifteen feet of North Street Lying due South of said Lot Five (5) and said part of Lot Four (4), all as Surveyed, platted and recorded. Also an undivided one -third share in Lot Ten (10) of Block Two (2) of Boggs & Hill's_ Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. The Court further finds that said administrator has made a compromise settlement of mortgage in- debtedness owing to said estate by Hans G.Rasmussen and Margarethe Rasmussen as is shown in the final account of said administrator, and said compromise settlement, is by _this Court duly ratified and approved. The Court further finds that said administrator has made a compromise settlement of the mortgage indebtedness owing by Ada Hansen and Harry C.Hansen to said estate, as is shown by the final account of said administrator filed herein, and that said compromise settlement is by this Court ratified and approved. The Court further finds that the said administrator has in his possession a promissory note of N.P.Mortensen for the sum of $50.00 property of said estate, and that the said,,note should be assigned over to the said Fred F.Detlefsen, to in part reimburse him for services as administrator. The Court further finds that there is a deficiency in the personal property of said estate and that said Fred F.Detlefsen has advanced the sum of $104.03 from his own funds to cover said deficiency and ob=] cibe reimbursed therefor out of the rentals of said real estate belonging to said estate; aid that said administrator should out of rentals belonging to said real estate be reimbursed for the sums he has advanced for said estate as shown by said final account. IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all claims against said estate be and they area forever barred, that said final account bep and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as the final account of said administrator. That all of the real estate belonging to said estate be, and the same hereby is assigned and set-over to the-heirs of said estate in their res- pective shares to -wit: To Fred F.Detlefsen, an undivided one -third share, and to the following named children to -wit: Anna Detlefsen, Mayme 8arhhart, Max Detlefsen, Edna Koch, Alice Lawrenoe, Ada Detlefsen, Hilda Detlefsen and Wesley Detlefsen, each an undivided one - twelfth share. And the le being no personal property in the hands of said administrator for distribution, he is hereby dis- charged of his trust and his bondsmen released. BY THE COURT.
