<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HOWARD COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL ORDER.
<br />Elizabeth. Detlef sen, Deceased
<br />Now on this 23rd day of June, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final account of Fred
<br />F.Detlefsen, administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Detlefsen, deceased. The court finds that
<br />due notice of this hearing on said final account has been given by publication as is by law requi:
<br />as is shown by the proof of publication filed herein, and that the Court has full jurisdiction in
<br />the premises.
<br />And the Court having examined said account and the evidence and being fully advised, finds,
<br />That the period required by law has been given creditors of said estate to file their claims for
<br />adjustment, and allowance, and by order of this Court, due and legal notice of said period, of its
<br />limitations and the time and place thereby fixed for hearing said claims, has been given as requir
<br />by law, and that said period has expired; that no claims have been filed against said estate; that
<br />all expenses of last sickness, funeral and burial of the deceased, and all costs and expenses of
<br />administration have been fully paid and satisfied; and that there is no inheritance tax due or
<br />assessible against said estate, or against any of the heirs, devisees or legatees of said deceased
<br />and that all _ olaims against said estate are therefore forever barred.
<br />That said estate is therefore fully settled, and that said final account is true and correct, and
<br />that it should be allowed as the final account of said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said Elizabeth Detlefsen, died intestate a resident and inhabitant of
<br />Howard County, Nebraska, leaving_, surviving her as her only heirs at law, the following named p
<br />to -wit: her husband Fred F. Detlefsen, who inherited an undivided one -third share of her estate,
<br />the following named children, to -wit: Anna Detlefsen, Mayme Bar3hart, Max Detlefsen, Edna Koch,
<br />Alice Lawrence, Ada Detlefsen, Hilda Detlefsen and Wesley Detlefsen, each of whom inherited an
<br />
