1 <br />11 <br />No. 6 HALL COUNTY <br />............ . <br />iIn the ]utter of the Estate <br />of <br />Peter Hollings deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirks Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />25th day of March) 1932, instruments purporting to be the last will -and testament and codicil of <br />Peter Hollings deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 20th day of April, 19 <br />said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed as tide <br />last will and testament and codicil of the real and personal estate of said Peter Hollings decease4, <br />and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 20th <br />day of April 1932. <br />Paul N.Eirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of the <br />Estate of Peter Hollings FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. <br />Now on this 16" day of August, 1934s this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of Emil <br />Rolling and Gustave Hollings executors under the last Will and Testament of Peter Hollings decease <br />and the Waiver, Receipt and Release signed by all the heirs, and it appearing to the court that du <br />and legal notice of the filing of said Final Report has been given in the manner and form provided <br />by law, and that the heirs and all persons interested in said estate have executed a Waiver, Recet� <br />and Release; <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of Gustave <br />Rolling and Emil Rolling be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, approved and confirmed., <br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapsed; that all <br />claims now on file have been paid in full, and that all claims not now on file are barred. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file be and <br />the same hereby forever barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that the expenses of the last illness have been paid, funeral expenses <br />have been paid, court costs have been paid, expenses of administering the estate have been paid, <br />that the Federal estate tax and State Inheritance tax have been paid and receipts therefore filed <br />with the County Judge, and that all possible claims and charges against the estate have been paid <br />in full. <br />The Court further finds that the widow of the deceased, Anna Hollings in consideration of the pay- <br />ment to her of $10,000.00, which sum has been paid and receipt filed with the County Judge therefor, <br />has waived her interest in said estate; that of the $25,000 specific bequests to John Hollings Roe <br />Luebs, Hattie Rolling and Alvina Hollings $23,000.00 has been paid; that there remains in the pos- <br />session of the Executors certain personal property as set iforth in the Final Report; that the heir <br />have requested, which request is on file in this estate, that the remaining personal property be <br />delivered to Emil Rolling and Gustave Hollings as Trustees, for the benefit of the persons entitle <br />thereto; that is to say, to pay to each of John Hollings Rosa Luebs, Hattie Rolling and Alvina <br />Rolling the sum of $2000.00 each, and thereafter divide the residue among the aforesaid, and Gustave <br />Rolling and Emil Holling,share and share alike. <br />NOWx THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Executors do transfer to <br />GustaveHolling and Emil Hollings as Trustees, as aforesaid, the remaining personal property, and <br />to file a receipt therefor as said Trustees; that upon the filing of said receipt, the said specifl <br />. <br />bequests be declared, settled, paid and released. <br />And the said Gustave Rolling and Emil Hollings as Trustees, having now filed a receipt in this <br />Le <br />
