<br />heirs forever, which I have appraised at Seventy -five Dollars ($75.00) an acre, subject to the lif
<br />estate in my wife.
<br />To my said son, Gustave, and to his heirs and assigns forever, I give and devise, subject L to the
<br />life estate heretofore given to my wife, my three hundred twenty acre (320) farm in Cameron Townsb
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as the South -Half (SJ) of Section Thirty --six (36), Township Eleve
<br />(11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., which land I hsve appraised at One,Hundred
<br />Dollars, ($100.00) per acre, subject to a charge of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7000.00), which sum
<br />my son shall pay into my estate within six months after the decease of my wife, in event that she
<br />survive me, or six months after my decease, in the event that I survive her.
<br />To my son John Hollings and to my daughters, Rosa Luebs, Hattie Holling and Alvina Hollings and to
<br />each of them, I give the sum of Twenty -five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and to their heirs forev(
<br />sub j ect , however, to the life estate heretofore given to my wife.
<br />The remainder of my real estates wherever the same may be situate;. I devise to said Executors, to-
<br />wit: Emil Holling, Gustave Holling and Arthur C.Mayer, to be held by them in trust, until such ti
<br />as they decide that said .real estate, or any part thereof can be sold to, advantage. Should they
<br />ti
<br />not agree, then the dicision of two of the said three trustees shall determine that matter, and thf
<br />third trustee shall then join with the other two in making a proper conveyance. The proceeds from
<br />the sale of such real estate, shall be divided in six equal parts, after payment of the necessary
<br />and proper expenses of handling and selling the same and such net proceeds shall be paid to my six
<br />,
<br />children, to -wit: Gustave Holling, Emil Holling, John Holling, Rosa Luebs, Hattie Holling and AlvJna
<br />Holling, share and share alike, or to their heirs.
<br />The balance, rest and residue of my estate shall go to my six children, above enumerated, share an
<br />share alike) and to their heirs and assigns forever, after the payment of the expenses incidental
<br />probating this will, administering my estate, and expenses of last illness. All estate and inheri
<br />tance taxes shall be paid by my executors out of the moneys in their hands, and shall be a charge
<br />against my estate, and shall be paid out of the funds in the hands of said executors, the same as
<br />all other charges.

<br />In the event that Arthur C.Mayer shall predecease me_and not be able to fulfill the duties of
<br />co- executor then and in that event I appoint E.G.Kroger Attorney at law joint executor with my
<br />Emil and Gustave.
