'92 <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />TNE.AUGU4TINE CO.R8427, ! -33 <br />of the heirs; that upon the death of said Arthur W.Masten, the real estate above described, did <br />pass and descend by operation of law to Clarence Masten and Earl Masten, share and share alike. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the administrator filed <br />herein be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accounting; <br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Arthur N.Masten departed this life on the 15th day of <br />June, 1933s and that at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that <br />he died intbstate; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law, Clarence Masten and Earl Masten <br />his children; that at the time of his death he was the owner of an undivided one -half interest in <br />Lot Six of Block Twenty -eight of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />abd was the owner in fee of all of Lot One of Garrett's Subdivision of part of the East Half of <br />Section Nine, Township Eleven, North, Range Nine, West of the 6th P.M. save and excepting a tract <br />sixty -six by forty -four feet along the easterly side of said Lot One heretofore deeded to Olarence <br />Masten, which deed is recorded in Book 67 of Deeds at page 195 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and save and except a tract sixty by one hundred fifty feet in the <br />North East corner of said Lot One heretofore deeded to Earl Masten, which deed is recorded in Book <br />75 at page 28 of the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and that upon the <br />death of said Arthur W.Masten, said real estate did pass and descend by operation of law, to Clare <br />Masten and Earl Masten, and the same is hereby awarded to them and each of them to have and to ho] <br />forever. <br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the estate be closed, that the administrator be discharges <br />and his bond released. <br />BY THE COURT <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certif <br />es <br />HALL COUNTY that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree in the matter o <br />the estate of Arthur W.Masten, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said <br />Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; t <br />said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has <br />no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of sa <br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />I further certify # <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 15 day of August, 1934• <br />( SEAL ) <br />Paul N.
