<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />The Estate of FINAL DECREE.
<br />Arthur W.Masten, deceased.
<br />Now on this 14th day of August, 1934, this matter came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Clarence Masten, administrator) after due notice by publication had been given as by law and the
<br />order of this Court required and there being no objections filed to said report and no one appea
<br />ing in person to object thereto, the Court examined said report and finds that the same is in all
<br />respects correct and it should be approved and allowed as the final accounting of the administrat
<br />The Court further finds that Arthur W.Masten departed this life on the 15th day of June, 1933.-
<br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate; that he
<br />was unmarried at the time of his death and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and
<br />only heirs at law, Clarence Masten and Earl,Masten, his children, both of whom are over twenty-
<br />one years of age.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of his death, said Arthur W.Masten was possessed of no
<br />personal property, but that he was the owner in fee of an undivided one -half interest in Lot sill
<br />of Block twenty -eight of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and was
<br />the owner in fee of all of Lot one of Garrett's Subdivision of part of the East Half of Section
<br />Nine, Township Eleven, North, Range Nine,West of the 6th P.M. save and excepting a tract sixty -si;
<br />by forty -four feet along the easterly side of said Lot One heretofore deeded to Clarence Masten,
<br />which deed is recorded in Book 67 of Deeds at page 185 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and save and except a tract sixty by one hundred fifty feet in the North
<br />East corner of said Lot One heretofore deeded to Earl Masten, which deed is recorded in Book 75
<br />at page 29 of the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraskaf that all of the debt
<br />of said deceased have been paid including the funeral expenses and expenses of administering his
<br />estate and that there is no inheritance tax, either State or Federal, due from said estate of any
<br />
