Charles I likewise request to pay the sum of Fifty (50) Dollars to St. Mary's Cathedral S <br />of Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />These requests under this Article V1 I make, binding these my sons personally in conscience and <br />before God, not as responsible to an earthly court.- I am making them for weighty and just r <br />and trust that they will be fulfilled most _conscientiously by them or their heirs. <br />Vll. I trust that through love of me and in a spirit of true brotherly harmony, my sons -and <br />daughters will abide by the provisions of this my last Will. Should any one of the heirs bring <br />litigation endeavoring to annul all or any of the provisions of this Will, I hereby direct and ore <br />that such son or daughter or grandchild shall forfeit his or her allotted share; and I give such <br />forfeited share to the other above named heirs to be divided equally among them. . <br />V111.
