I order that the executors of this my last Will pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as <br />soon after my decease as possible. <br />11. I direct them to sell all my property:, both real and personal, of which I may be possessed at <br />the time of my death; excepting, however, my wearing apparel and my house furniture. <br />111. After the payment of my debts, the proceeds remaining from the aforesaid sale together with <br />all monies of my estate shall be divided into nine equal shares, share and share alike. <br />1V. <br />Said nine equal shares I <br />give <br />and bequeath to <br />my Sons and Daughters or <br />their Heirs as follows <br />One <br />share each to my beloved <br />sons, <br />Peter Windolph, <br />William Windolph, John <br />Windolph, Charles Windo <br />and Oscar Windolph; likewise one share each to my beloved daughters Mary Mangelsen, Katharina <br />Eberhart and Hedwig Windolph; finally, one share to the children of my beloved deceased daughter <br />Dora Goettsche, namely Johnnie, Anna and Hilda Goettsche, the amount of this share to be divided <br />equally among them. <br />V. My wearing apparel and my house furniture I give to my daughter Katharina Eberhart. I also <br />direct that she be permitted to occupy my present home personally for the period of one year afte <br />my death, should she so desire. <br />V1. Of my beloved sons Peter, William, John and Charles I request the following: <br />(a) I ask Peter to take twenty percent (20%) of the amount of his abovesaid share and to devote i <br />to the poor of Uder and Birkenf elde, Bezirk Erfurt, Germany; <br />(b.)
