84 1 <br />PAM l l , •\ \ I its l I'' I I 1'l I , I'1 1 <br />all debts of the deceased and of his estate, if any such existed, are forever barred and pre <br />and that the costs of these proceedings have been paid. <br />The court further finds that the said Charles P.Bulger did not occupy any part of said premises <br />his homestead at the time of his death. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court, that the said Charles P.Bulger died <br />intestate in Hall County, Nebraska on the 5th day of October, 1919, that more than 15 years have <br />elapsed between the. death of the said Charles P.Bulger and of the filing of the petition herein: <br />that no application for the appointment of an administrator of his estate has ever been made, nor <br />has there ever been any administration upon the estate of said deceased in the state of Nebraska; <br />that said deceased died seized as the owner in fee simple title of an undivided one -ninth interes <br />of the real estate hereinbefore described, situated in Hall County, Nebraska; that the petitioner <br />is a competent and <br />qualified person to <br />prosecute this proceedings, that said deceased left <br />surviv <br />him as his heirs at <br />law and only heirs <br />at law, his wife, Anna Bulger, and his sons Charles <br />Richar <br />Bulger and Robert J.Bulger; that upon the death of the said Charles P.Bulger_, the real estate h <br />inbefore described descended in, absolute title to Anna Bulger, Charles Richard Bulger and Robert <br />J.Bulger, in equal shares to each. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all debts of said deceased, and of <br />his estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded, and further administration of <br />said estate is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is finally settled and forever closed. <br />Paul N.
