<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />of Charles P.Bulgers Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 14th day of July, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of John E.
<br />Bulger, praying for the settlement of said estate, for a determination of the heirship and right
<br />of descent of the real estate belonging to Charles P.Bulger, and the degree of kinship of his heir
<br />at law, and a decree settling his estate.
<br />And it appearing to the court from the proofs on file herein that due and legal notice has been
<br />given by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this court provided
<br />to all creditors, heirs at law, and other persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said
<br />petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, and there being no objection
<br />thereto, this case was duly submitted to the court upon the petition and the evidence in support
<br />thereof, and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said peti-
<br />tion are true, and that said petitioner, John E.Bulger, is the present owner of an undivided in-
<br />terest of the real estate hereinafter described, and is a competent and proper person to prosecute
<br />this proceeding, that the said Charles P.Bulger, died intestate in Ball County, Nebraska, on the
<br />5th day of October, 19188 and at the time of his death, the said Charles P.Bulger, was a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and died seized as the owner in fee simple title of an
<br />undivided one - ninths interest in and to the Northeast Quarter, and the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast quarter of Section thirty -one (31) township ten (10) north of range eleven (11) Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that more than fifteen years have elapsed since his death, and that no appli
<br />cation has ever been made in the estate of Nebraska, for the appointment of administrator of his
<br />estate and no petition filed for that purpose, and no administration has ever been had upon the
<br />estate of Charles P.Bulger, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the said Charles P.Bulger left surviving him as his heirs at law and
<br />only heirs at law, are his wife, Anna Bulger, and his sons Charles Richard Bulger and Robert J.
<br />Bulger.
<br />The court further finds that under the laws of the state of Nebraska, in force at the time of the
<br />date of the death of the said Charles P.Bulger., the real estate hereinbefore described, passed
<br />descended by absolute title, to Anna Bulger, Charles Richard Bulger and Robert J.Bulger, in equal
<br />shares to each.
<br />The court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been fully paid and that
