<br />and personal property, and which was devised under said will as follows, to- wit; Said real estat
<br />described as the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Twenty -two (22), Township Eleven (11), Range
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to Fred C.Ha.ldeman, son and only sur-
<br />viving child of said deceased, for his sole use and benefit during the term of his natural life,
<br />and, at his death, the remainder therein in fee to his heirs, provided however, should the said
<br />Fred C.Haldeman leave no widow or issue surviving him, then said remainder in fee to pass and
<br />descend to the next of kin of the said Charles C.Ha.ldeman, deceased, then living; Said real estate
<br />described as the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township Eleven (11), Rang,
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to Alice A.Haldeman, surviving widow
<br />of said deceased, for her sole use and benefit during the term of her natural life, and, at her
<br />death, to the said Fred C.Haldeman, surviving son of said deceased, for his sole use and benefit
<br />during the term of his natural life, and, at his death, the remainder in fee to his heirs, pro -
<br />vided however, should the said Fred C.Haldeman, leave no widow or issue surviving him, then the
<br />remainder therein in fee to the next of kin of the said Charles C.Haldeman, deceased, then living
<br />Said personal property consisting of money and securities, more particularly set out and describe
<br />in the inventory and final report filed herein, after the payment of all debts, funeral expenses
<br />and costs of this proceeding, to Fred C.Haldeman and the Nebraska Loan and 'Trust Company, a Cor-
<br />poration organized and existing in Grand Island, Nebraska, in trust, the income therefrom to be
<br />divided equally between the said Fred C.Haldeman, surviving son of said deceased, and Alice A.
<br />Haldeman, surviving widow of said deceased, for their sole use and benefit during the terms of
<br />their natural lives, and at their death, the trust shall cease and the principal thereof in the
<br />possession of said trustee or trustees, including undistributed income, shall be divided equally
<br />among the next of kin of the said Charles C.Raldeman, deceased, then living; Said personal prope
<br />consisting livestock and farming equipment, more particularly set out and described in the inven -1
<br />tory filed herein, to Fred C.Haldeman, surviving son of said deceased, in absolute title.
<br />That said estate was duly appraised and found subject to the payment of an inheritance tax to thel
<br />County Treasurer of said County, which tax has been paid.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given all persons of the filing of said final report by publi
<br />ing said notice in the Grand Island Independent for three successive weeks as by law required,
<br />no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined said report, together wi
<br />the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />be allowed and approved as and for said executors final report, said estate settled and closed
<br />and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the final report filed herein by Fred C.Haldeman, executo:
<br />of said estate) be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, said
<br />estate settled and closed, said property hereinbefore described be distributed in accordance with
<br />I
<br />the terms and provisions of said will as hereinbefore found by the Court, and said executor dis-
<br />charged and released from any further liability in said matter.
