That on the 2nd day of September, <br />1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles C.Haldeman, decease <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 2nd <br />day of September, 1930. <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N. Kirk, County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATT--,:R OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF F I N A L D E 0REE <br />CHARLIE "S C.HALDEMAN, DECEASED. <br />NOW on this 30th day of June, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report . filed <br />herein by Fred C.Haldeman, executor of the estate of Charles C.Haldeman, deceased, and upon his <br />petition for approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge <br />herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being duly advised in the <br />premises, finds as follows: <br />That Fred C.Haldeman, son of said deceased, filed his petition in this Court on the 9th day of <br />August, 1930; alleging, among other things, that Charles C.Haldeman departed this life a resident <br />and inhabitant of said County on the 1st day of August, 1930, and at the time of his death he was <br />the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that he left a last will and testament <br />wherein the petitioner was named executor, which instrument, the petitioner asked to be admitted <br />to probate in said Court as the last will and testament of said deceased, thereby confirming the <br />petitioner's appointment as executor and authorizing him to administer the assets of said estate <br />in accordance with the terms and provisions of said will; that upon reading and filing said petition <br />this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said <br />petition and gave notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice in the Grand <br />Island Independent, a daily newspaper published and circulated in said County, for three successi, <br />weeks as required by law; and that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by this Court and <br />required by law, and said will was admitted to probate as the last will and testament of said <br />deceased, and Fred C.Haldeman, named therein as executor, was duly appointed and letters testa- <br />mentary granted to him upon his.'filing a_bQAd_as_by law_regtir6d. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court <br />for filing claims against said estate by publication in the Grand Island Independent for three <br />successive weeks as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate not <br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and <br />enjoined from setting up or <br />assetting <br />any such claims against said <br />estate. <br />That said deceased departed <br />this life <br />leaving surviving him as his <br />heirs a law,A legatees, devisee <br />, <br />and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following, to -wit: Alice A.Ha.ldeman, surviving <br />widow; Fred C.Haldeman, a son and sole surviving child; and the Nebraska loan and Trust Company, <br />'4 Corporation, of Grand Island,Nebr. <br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County consisting of both real <br />
