<br />A. In the evert any one or more of said children of Anna Bruhn shall die, leaving no issue, then
<br />the estate herein devised to said child or children shall pass and descend to the other children,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />B. Neither my said son, Charles Derganz, nor my said granddaughter Anna Bruhn, shall sell, mort-
<br />gage, lien or otherwise alienate the estate herein devised unto them, and each of them under the
<br />penalty of a forfeiture of their interests hereby devised.
<br />C. The said children of the said Anna Bruhn, now living or that may hereafter be born to the sai
<br />Anna Bruhn, shall not sell, mortgage, lien or dtherwise alienate the interest hereby devised to
<br />each of them until said child or children shall arrive at the age of thirty -five, whereupon said
<br />child or children so arriving at the age of thirty -five shall be vested --with a fee simple title,
<br />free and claar from all liens and encumbrances, whatsoever. This condition, however, shall not
<br />be construed as preventing the said great grandchildren from partitioning said real estate into
<br />aliquot parts, in the event they so desire, in which event said aliquot parts shall be impressed
<br />with the same conditions and limitations as is hereinbefore declared. This provision as to par-
<br />tition shall not permit a sale upon partition. In the event any one or all of my said great
<br />grandchildren shall violate the conditions hereinbefore set forth, then the estate hereby devised
<br />to said great grandchild or great grandchildren shall immediately cease and determine and shall
<br />pass in fee simple absolute to the issue of said great grandchild or children, in the event there
<br />be such issue, and in the event there shall not be such issue, then to the other children of Anna
<br />Bruhn, share and share alike, subject to the same conditions as hereinbefore provided.
<br />D. At, any and all events whatsoever, when twenty -one years shall expire after the death of my
<br />son, Charles Derganz, my granddaughter, Anna Bruhn, and my great grandchildren Charles Bruhn,
<br />Daisy Bruhn, Donald Bruhn, Boneta Bruhn and Laura Ann Bruhn and the survivor of them, all condi-
<br />tions and limitations hereinbefore set forth shall immediately cease and determine.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate of any and all natures whatsoever and wheresoever
<br />situated, of which I may die possessed, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son,
<br />Charles Derganz, to be his absolutely.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved son, Charles Derganz, to be the executor of
<br />this my Last Will and Testament and hereby request that no bond be required of him except his
<br />own personal recognizance.
