<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said William H.Loucks, deceased.. the
<br />said above described real estate was devised to his wife, Laura Z.Loucks, absolutely and in fee
<br />simple.
<br />The Court finds that an appraisement of said estate has been made as by the Laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, required and that a report has been made by said Appraiser finding that the beneficiary
<br />under the last will and testament of said deceased was subject to a tax in the sum of $22.40, and
<br />that said tax has been paid.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that under the germs and provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of the said William H.Loucks deceased, all of the above real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West One -Third (W 1/3) of Lot 2, Block 64 of the Original Town, now city of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />The West Half (WJ) of Lot 3 and all of Lots 4 and 5 in Block 13 in Charles Wasmer's Addition to tt
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall.County, Nebraska.
<br />did pass and descend at the death of the deceased to his widow, Laura Z.Loucks.

<br />that i hava compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof
<br />and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM H.LOUCKS, DECEASED, with the original
<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.

<br />LAST MILL AND_TLSTAMENT OF JOHN DFRGANZ, of Cairo, Nebraska.
<br />I, John Derganz, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and under no compulsion,
<br />but not unmindful of the undertainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare, this
<br />my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I hereby devise the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) and the Easterly Seventy- four (74) acres of the North.
<br />west Quarter (NWT) of Section Thirty (30), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) ,Test of
<br />the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, to my beloved son, Charles Derganz, for life with remainder
<br />over on his death to my beloved granddaughter, Anna Bruhn, the daughter of the said Charles Der-
<br />ganz, for the term of her natural life and at her death to her children who now are Charles Bruhn
<br />Daisy Bruhn, Donald Bruhn, Boneta Bruhn and Laura Ann Bruhn, together with such child or children)
<br />as may hereafter be morn to the said Anna Bruhn, and to their heirs, forever, share and share
<br />alike, subject to, however, and upon the following conditions and limitations:
