<br />Is William H.Loucks, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make
<br />and -- publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following:
<br />That is to say:
<br />First: I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Laura Z.Loucks, all of my property,
<br />both real and personal and wheresoever situated and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired,
<br />to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />Third. I nominate and appoint my said wife, Laura Z.Louoks, executrix of this will trithout bond,
<br />granting unto said executrix full authority to sell and convey real estate.
