<br />OF ARTHUR D.*HANNA, FINAL DECREE.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />NOW on this 9th day of May, 1928; this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Satie D.
<br />Hanna, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Arthur D.Hanna, deceased, and upon her petition
<br />for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and her discharge
<br />#erein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place file
<br />for hearing upon the said report and petition, and no one appearing to object to said report, and
<br />the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report
<br />is true and correct in all things and that said report ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />the final report of said Executrix, said estate settled andc]osed and said executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that all per-
<br />sons having claims against said estate.,; not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Arthur D.Hanna departed this life on the 8th day of August, 1921s
<br />being at the time of his death a reaident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he 1
<br />a Last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly proved and admitted to probate as provided
<br />by law.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs-
<br />at -law, devisees and legatees, the followingi named persons: -
<br />Satie D.Hanna, surviving widow,
<br />Etta M.Hanna, a daughter, and
<br />Ralph R.Hanna, a brother,
<br />all of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Arthur D.Hanna died the owner of an estate, situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, consisting of both real and personal property, said real estate being described
<br />as the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section 21, the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N' SEJ) of
<br />Section 33, and the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wi SWj) of Section 34, all in Township 122
<br />North, Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, and said personal property being of the value of
<br />$4,403.30, as shown by the Final Report of the Executrix filed herein, and that after payment of
<br />funeral expenses, administration fees, attorneys' fees, Court Costs and other debts of the decease
<br />as well as the special bequests in the amount of $1,000.00 each to Etta M.Hanna and Ralph- R.Hanna,
<br />pursuant to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament of said deceased, there re-
<br />mains a balance of $491.26 in cash, $900.00 in Liberty Bonds, tro horses and one Studebaker Auto -
<br />mobile, which the said Executrix has assigned to herself as residuary legatee under the Last Will
<br />and Testament of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said real estate, hereinbefore described, did pass and descend pur-
<br />su ,ant to the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, to Satie D.
<br />Hanna, surviving widow, in absolute fee simple title.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax under the
<br />Laws of the State of Nebraska, in the amount of $40.00, and that said amount has been paid to the
<br />County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, and that said estate is not subject to the payment of
<br />any Federal Estate Tax under the Laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said Satie D.Hanna,
