<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMETT OF ARTHUR D.HANNA.
<br />In the Name of Gods Amen: I, Arthur D.Hanna of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposi
<br />mind and memory, blessed be God for the same, and being mindful of the uncertainties of this moftf
<br />life, do make and publish this My Last Will and Testament in manner and form following: That is to
<br />say:
<br />Item First.
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and all my just debts be first paid.
<br />Item Second.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Etta M.Hanna, the sum of One Thousand Dollars, to be paid to h
<br />;within six months after my decease.
<br />Item Third.
<br />I give and bequeath to my brother, Ralph R.Hanna, the sum of One Thousand Dollars, to be paid to h
<br />within Six months after my decease.
<br />Item Fourth.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Satie D.Hanna, all the rest, residue and remainder
<br />of my estate, real, personal or mixed, after the payment of the Items mentioned in Items First,
<br />Second and Third hereof, to have and to hold to herself and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />Item Fifth.
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Satie D.Hanna, Executrix of this My Last. Will and Testament, her(
<br />revoking any and all former Wills by me made, and I direct that no bond or (bther security shall be
<br />required of my said Executrix by the Court in which this my Last Will and Testament is probated any
<br />my estate settled, the giving of such Bond or security being hereby expressly waived by me.

<br />day of September, 1927; the instrument purporting, to be the last will and testament of Arthur D.
<br />Hanna, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of October, 1927, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Arthur D.Hanna, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
