<br />an undivided 113 interest therein, in addition to her homestead right in and to the real estate,
<br />on which she and the deceased resided at the time of his death, and to Mamie Keefe, Richard Keefe,
<br />James F.Keefe and Celia Keefe, children of said deceased, each an undivided 1/6 interest therein,
<br />subject to the above homestead right of their mother;
<br />That the estate of the said Richard Keefe, deceased, is not subject to the payment of any Inheri-
<br />t tance Tax either under,the laws of -the State of Nebraska, or the laws of the United States;
<br />That the final report, filed herein by Mamie Keefe and Anna Keefe, Administratrices of the Estate
<br />of Richard Keefe, deceased, is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be
<br />approved and allowed as and for their final report, said estate settled and closed, said Adminis-
<br />tratrices discharged and the surety on their official bond released from any further liability in
<br />said matter.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />by Mamie Keefe and Anna Keefe, Administratrices of the Estate of Richard Keefe, Deceased, be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for their final report, said estate settled and
<br />closed, and said administratrices discharged and the surety ort their official bond released from
<br />any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any and all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are for-
<br />ever barred, enSoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said esta e.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, owned by the
<br />deceased, hereinbefore described, did pass and descent at the death of said deceased, under and
<br />by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
