FaXW <br />ABC <br />VC <br />- R n+� 3f <br />TN E_AUG USTINE CO_, BdZ /- 2 .J -.J3_ _ <br />FINAL DECREE w <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF RICHARD KEEFE, FINAL DECREE. <br />DECEASED. <br />NOW, on this 6th day of October, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report, filet <br />6 <br />herein by Mamie Keefe and Anna Keefe, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administratrices of <br />the Estate of Richard Keefe, Deceased, and upon their petition for the settlement of said Estate, <br />and their discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, including <br />said final report, together with the vouchers attached thereto, and being fully advised in the <br />, <br />premises, finds as follows : - <br />That on the 14th day of April, 1932, Mamie Keefe and James F.Keefe filed their petition in this <br />Court, alleging, among other things, that Richard Keefe departed this life at his residence in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2nd day of April, 19321 that he died intestate, leaving both real <br />7 <br />and personal property, situated in said,County, to be administered, and prayed for an Order of <br />the Court fixing the time and place for hearing on said petition, and for such other relief as Mal <br />be necessary and proper in the premises, whereupon the Court entered an Order fixing the time and <br />place of hearing on said petition and gave notice thereof, as provided by law, and upon hearing <br />i the evidence in support of said petition, the Court found the allegations contained in said peti- <br />tion to be true, and granted Letters of Administration to Anna Keefe and Mamie Keefe, giving them <br />authority to administer the assets of said estate; <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing <br />claims against said estate, and that such time has fully expired, and all persons having claims <br />against the estate of the said Richard Keefe, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed hereil <br />should be forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said <br />estate; <br />That the said Richard Keefe departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law <br />and persons interested in his estate, the following named : - <br />6 Anna Keef e, surviving widow, <br />Mamie Keefe, a daughter, <br />Richard Keef e, a son, <br />James F. Keefe, a son, and <br />Celia Keefe, a daughter; <br />all of whom are of legal age; <br />1, <br />That the said Richard Keefe departed this life, leaving an estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />consisting of both real and personal property, said personal property having been collected and <br />reduced to cash in the amount of $1798.41, of which the sum of $1480.26 has been expended by said <br />Administratrices in payment of claims filed and allowed against said estate, funeral expenses, <br />attorney fees, and costs of administration, more particular set out in the final report, filed <br />herein, leaving a balance of $315.18 in cash on hand, and a certain amount of grain in bins and <br />in the field, as shown by said final report, which balancd should be assigned and set over to the <br />surviving widow to make up the balance of her widow's allowance, heretofore allowed-by the Court, <br />leaving no further personal assets for distribution to the heirs: <br />That the real estate owned by the said Richard Keefe at the time of-his death is described as <br />f ollows : - <br />The Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Fifteen (15) Township Nine, North Range Twelve (12), West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWj) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township Ten, North Range Twelve (12) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which real estate did pass and descend at the death of said Richard Keefe, under and by virtue <br />braska, to Anna Keefe, surviving widow of said deoeasels <br />
