<br />Polzel, in equal shares.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That the final report of Howard L.
<br />Polzel, administrator of the estate of Samantha Polzel, be, and the same hereby is in all things
<br />approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator, and the said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed, and said administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate
<br />have been paid, that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time fixed for fil-
<br />ing claims has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed
<br />herein, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or assert-
<br />ing any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under., and by virtue of the laws of
<br />I descent of the State of Nebraska, the absolute title to the following described real estate, to-
<br />wi t:
<br />An undivided one -third (1/3) interest in Lot Eight (9) Block Thirty -two (32) in Russel Wheelers
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County: Nebraska, and
<br />The North Half of the North east(N-IENEJ) Quarter; the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast (SWJ)
<br />Quarter; the Northwest (NWJ) Qu rter; the West Half_of the Southwest (WJSWJ) Quarter; the South
<br />Quarter of the Southwest (SE *SW) Quarter; the South Half of the Southeast (S2SE+) Quarter, all
<br />in Section Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range Thirty -two (32),West of the 6th P.M. in
<br />Lincoln - County; Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended to Annie Ellen Hammond, Nora May Johnson, Mattie J.Fletcher, Hannah Ellen
<br />Coreveau, Eddie Ora Polzel, Thomas Franklin Polzel, Emery Emmet Polzel, Nina Doyle, Nettie Laura
<br />Doyle, Charles August Polzel, Irma Leila Carson, Howard L.Polzel, and Sylvester G.Polzel, share
<br />and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND.'DECREED by the Court that there is no inheritance tax. due on the dhar O
<br />going to any of said heirs, that no money remains in the hands of said administrator, and nothing
<br />remains to be done herein, and said estate is hereby closed, the administrator discharged and his
<br />bond as such released.

<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
