<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate )
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />Samantha Polzel, deceased.
<br />On this 12th day of June, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Howard L.
<br />Polzel, administrator of the estate of Samantha Polzel, deceased, and upon his petition for settl
<br />ment of said estate and his discharge therein.
<br />And the Court being duly advised in the premises and having examined the records and files, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for the hearing upon said final r eport as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one
<br />appearing to object to said finalreport, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers
<br />r
<br />on file and testimony in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />1
<br />the final report of said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Samantha Polzel departed this life on the 24th day of January,
<br />1931, and at the time of her death the said Samantha Polzel was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />Opunty, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 30th day of January, 1931, Sylvester G.Polzel, one of the sons
<br />of said Samantha Polzel, filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying that letters of
<br />administration may be granted to Howard L.Polzel in the estate of Samantha Polzel, deceased; that
<br />the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day of February, 1931, as the date for hearing upon said petiti
<br />and that due and legal notice of the f iling of said petition and the time and place fixed for h
<br />ing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and that on the 24th day of Feb-
<br />ruary, 1931, a hearing was'had and letters of administration issued to Howard L.Polzel, and he
<br />duly qualified as such administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate; and that the time so
<br />fixed by the Court has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if
<br />any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Samantha Polzel, deceased, left surviving her as her heirs and
<br />only heirs at law the following named persons: Annie Ellen Hammond, daughter; Nora May Johnson,
<br />daughter; Mattie J.Fletcher, daughter; Hannah Ellen Coreveau, daughter; Eddie Ora Polzel, son;
<br />Thomas Franklin Polzel, son; Emery Emmet Polzel, son; Nina Doyle, daughter; Nettie Laura Doyle,
<br />daughter; Charles August Polzel, son; Irma Leila Carson, daughter; Howard L.P61zel, son; and Sylvei
<br />ter G.Polzel, son; and that all of said heirs are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Samantha Polzel died seized in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -third (1/3) interest in Lot Eight (S), Block Thirty -two (32) in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The North Half of the Northeast (NJNEJ) Quarter; the Southwest Quarter f the Northeast (SWJNE *)
<br />Quarter; the Northwest (NWJ) Quarter; the West Half of the Southwest (WJSWJ) Quarter; the southeas
<br />Quarter of the southwest (SE *SWJ) Quarter; the South Half of the Southeast (sJSE *) Quarter, all in
<br />Section Eleven (I1)2 Township Nine (9) North, Range Thirty -t'wo (32), West of the 6th P.M., in Lin -
<br />coln•County, Nebraska;
<br />and that under and.by virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,said real estate
<br />passed and descended in absolute title to Annie Ellen Hammond, Nora May Johnson, Mattie J.Fletcher
<br />Hannah Ellen Coreveau, Eddie Ora Polzel, Thomas Franklin Polzel, Emery Emmet Polzel, Nina Doyle,
<br />Nettie Laura Doyle, Charles August Polzel, Irma Leila Carson, Howard L.Polzel, and Sylvester G.
