<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />OF MARGARET E.BULGER, DECEASED )
<br />Now on this 26th day of May, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of John E.
<br />Bulger, praying for the settlement of said estate, for a determination of the heirship and right
<br />of descent of the real estate belonging to Margaret E.Bulger, and the degree of kinship of her
<br />heirs at law, and a decree settling her estate._
<br />AND IT APPEARING to the court from the proofs on file herein that due and legal notice has been
<br />given by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this court provided,
<br />to all creditors, heirs at law, and other persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said
<br />petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, and there being no objectiox
<br />thereto, this cause was duly submitted to the court upon the petition and the evidence in support
<br />thereof, and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said
<br />petition are true, and that said petitioner, John E.Bulger was the sole owner of an undivided
<br />seven - eighths interest of the real estate hereinafter described and is a competent and proper Pere
<br />to prosecute this proceeding, that the said Margaret E.Bulger, died intestate in Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska, on the 5th day of November, 1929s and at the time of her death, the said Margaret E.BulgeT
<br />was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and died seized as the owner in fee simplE
<br />title to an undivided one -ninth interest in and to the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section thirty -one (31) Township Ten (10) North of Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and that more than four years have elapsed since
<br />her death, and that no application has ever been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment
<br />of administrator of her estate, and no petition filed for that purpose, and no administration has
<br />ever been had upon the estate of Margaret E.Bulger, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Margaret E.Bulger, left surviving her as her heirs at law
<br />and only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Margaret E.Bulger, a daughter.,
<br />Mary E.Sanders, a daughter,
<br />James A.Bulger) a son,
<br />Thomas J.Bulger, a son,
<br />Frank. E.Bulger, a son,
<br />Leo M.Bulger, a son, and
<br />Robert J.Bulger, a grandson, and
<br />Charles Richard Bulger, a grandson,
<br />All of whom are of legal age.
