<br />was entered in said Estate, finding that said deceased departed this life the owner of the person :l
<br />property mentioned in the Inventory filed herein, and said personal property, after the payment o
<br />debts, costs of administration, etc., was assigned to the legatees under the terms and provisions
<br />of said will;-
<br />That the petitioner herein should be authorized and permitted to file an Amended Inventory in saie
<br />Estate, setting forth said real estate, as hereinbefore described, and that a finding should be
<br />entered herein declaring that the said Edward J.Tannehill departed this life intestate on the 9th
<br />day of December, 1924, at his residence in Hall County, Nebraska, the owner of the real estate
<br />hereinbefore described, and at his death said real estate descended under the terms and provisions
<br />of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, pertaining to descent of real estate.to Mary
<br />Tannehill, his surviving widow, who is now re- married and her name is Mary Richmond, and to his
<br />two daughters, LaVonna Tannehill Fullmer and Zelma Tannehill Farris, in equal shares, each taking
<br />an undivided one -third interest therein as tenants in common.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Mary Richmond, formerly Mary
<br />Tannehill, surviving widow and executrix of the Estate of Edward J.Tannehill, Deceased, be and
<br />she hereby is authorized to file an amended inventory in said estate to include the real estate,
<br />hereinbefore described in the findings of this Decree, alleged to have been owned by the deceased
<br />at the time of this death.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Edward J.Tannehill, Deceased, was
<br />fact the owner in fee simple title of the real estate hereinbefore described, and that he died
<br />intestate insofar as said real estate is concerned, and that said real estate descended at his death
<br />to his heirs at law, namely, Mary Tannehill, surviving widow, who has since re- married and her na*e
<br />is now Mary Richmond, and his two daughters, LaVonna Tannehill Fullmer and Zelma Tannehill Farris,
<br />in equal shares, each taking an undivided one -third interest in and to said real estate, and dis-
<br />tribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
