TANNEHILL, FINAL DECREE. <br />DECEASED. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge <br />Now, on this 6th day of July, 1925s this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Mary <br />Tannehill, executrix of the last will and testament of Edward J.Tannehill, deceased, and upon her <br />petition for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having examine <br />the records and files, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time q <br />place fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court, havi <br />examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, and no one'appearing to object to the <br />same, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be <br />approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrix, said estate settled and close( <br />and said executrix discharged. <br />The Court further finds that .due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested of the <br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate) and that the time so fixed has fully <br />expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are foreve3 <br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, the <br />costs of this proceeding, and the debts against said estate, and has paid over to Mar y Tannehill; <br />1 surviving widow of said deceased, <br />the residue of the personal estate belonging to said deceased, <br />M <br />
