<br />estate is hereby settled and closed and said administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have
<br />been paid, that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by
<br />the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time fixed for filing claims
<br />has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed herein, if an
<br />such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the laws of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska, the following described real estate, which was the homestead of
<br />Edward O.Holmes, deceased, and which-is described as follows:
<br />Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Fractional Block seven (7), in Wallich's Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, and its complement, to -wit: Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Fractional Block Two (2), in Rollin
<br />addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and - recorded.
<br />passed and descended to Lillian B.Holmes and Gere;ldlDeMargaret Holmes, share and share alike, sub-
<br />ject, however, to a life estate going to said Lillian B.Holmes, widow of Edward O.Holmes, deceased,
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that no money remains in the hands of the adminis-
<br />tratrix and nothing remains to be done herein, and said estate is hereby closed, the administratri�
<br />discharged and her bond as such released.

<br />SHORT WILL IN. THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Edward J.Tann.ehill, of Doniphan in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publl6h and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />beloved wife, Mary Ta mehill, all of personal property which may belong to me at the time of my
<br />death subject to any indebtedness thereon.
<br />THIRD, I give, devise. and bequeath all of the unpaid portion of the insurance due from the United
<br />States Government as follows: One third interest to my wife Mary Tannehill and the other two thir
