Mh <br />Wood River," which descended by operation of law, under the Statutes of Descent of the State of <br />Nebraska, to Thomas O.Simpson, surviving husband, and to Lenora E.Simpson Fitzgerald, Litta Fern <br />Simpson (Quisenberry) Welfring and Mary Ione Simpson, children of said deceased, said surviving <br />husband taking an undivided one -third part therein, and said daughters each taking an undivided <br />two-ninths interest therein; <br />That due notice of the filing of said petition was given_p as provided by law, and a Decree entered <br />dispensing with regular administration of said estate, and determini the heirs at lawr of -.:.said <br />deceased, and the right of descent of said real estate; that through some oversight and error <br />on part of said petitioner he omitted_.in the description of said real estate "Lots 9 & 10, in <br />Block 10, in the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska," in which the said Anna E.Simpson <br />deceased, had an undivided two - fifteenths interest therein, having inherited same from her father <br />the late Simon Jaoobus, who departed this life on the 17th day of June, 1915; and that a Supple- <br />mental Decree should be entered herein, finding that said Anna E. Simpson, deceased, was, in fact, <br />the owner, in fee simple title, at the time of her death, of an undivided two- fifteenths interest <br />in and to said real estate, hereinbefore described, in addition to the real estate described in <br />the proceedings heretofore had in said estate, and the Court having examined the application filed <br />herein to amend said Decree, and being fully advised in the premises, finds:- <br />that the heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law of the said Anna E.Simpson, deceased, have signed the <br />petition, thereby entering their Voluntary Appearance, and agreeing to the entering of a Supple- <br />mental Decree conforming to the allegations in said application, and <br />That the allegations contained therein are true, in that Anna E.Simpson, at the time of her death, <br />was the owner in fee simple title of an undivided two - fifteenths interest in and to'Lots 9 and <br />10, in Block 10, in the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, in addition to the real <br />estate described in the proceedings heretofore had in said estate. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that at the time of the death of Anna <br />E.Simpson, Deceased, upon whose estate proceedings were heretofore had in this Court, dispensing <br />with regular administration, and determining the heirs of said deceased, and descent of real estat <br />owned by said deceased, she was the owner, in fee simple title, of an undivided two- fifteenths <br />interest in and to Lots 9 and 10, in Block 10, in the Village of Mood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />in addition to Lots 132 14, 15, and 16, in Block 12, in Brett & Johnson's Addition to the Village <br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, which was described in said proceedings -as the only real <br />estate owned by said deceased at the time of her death, and that this additional real estate, <br />hereinbefore described, did pass and descend, by operation of lava, under the Statutes of Descent <br />lof the State of Nebraska, to Thomas 0.
