<br />with the plat of said Village as recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebras
<br />which real estate was, at the date of her death, occupied by herself as and for a homestead, and
<br />had been occupied by the said Mary E.Jacobus, and her husband, Simon Jacobus, who preceded her in
<br />death, as and for a homestead, and said real estate is wholly exempt from attachment, execution, o
<br />other mesne process, and not liable for the debts of said deceased, and that said real estate
<br />passed and descended, at the death of said deceased, in accordance with the terms and provisions_
<br />!of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska to the said Warren A.Jacobus, a son, the said
<br />'Martha J.Miles, a daughter,the said Alice Haldeman, a daughter, and to Laura_Quisenberry, each ha
