<br />ORDER DISPENSING WITH ADMINISTRATION
<br />OF MARY E.JACOBUS,
<br />AND DETERMINING HEIRSHIP.
<br />- DECEASED.
<br />NOW on this 28th day of March, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the Petition of Warren A.
<br />Jacobus, a son, of Nary E.Jacobus, Deceased, alleging that his mother, the said Mary E.Jacobus,
<br />departed this life intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27th day of December, 1932, being
<br />at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of said County and State; that she died seized
<br />of ,,inherit nce in Lots Nine & Ten (9 & 10) in Block Ten (10) in the village of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, in accordance with the,plat of said Village as recorded in the office of the
<br />County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, which real estate was, at the date of b er death, occupied
<br />by _herself as and for a homestead, and had been occupied by the said Mary E.Jacobus and her husban
<br />Simon Jacobus, who preceded her in death, as and for a homestead, and is wholly exempt from attach-
<br />ment; execution, or other mesne process, and not liable for the debts of said deceased; that the
<br />said Mary E.Jacobus departed this life) leaving surviving her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -
<br />at -law, the following named children and grand - children; - Warren A.Jacobus, a_son, and petitioner
<br />herein, of the age of 54 years, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, post office address Wood Rive
<br />Nebraska, Martha J.Miles, a daughter, of the age of 72 years, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />post office address food River, Nebraska, Alice Haldeman, a daughter, of the age of 69 years, a
<br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska, post office address Grand Island, Nebraska, Laura Visenberry,
<br />a daugh #er, of the age of 63 years, a resident of Lyon County, Kansas, post offioeadd.ress Emlioria
<br />Kansas, and the daughters of Anna Jacobus Simpson, a deceased daughter of Mary E.Jacobus,,are
<br />Litta Simpson Welfring, a grand - daughter, of the age of 45 years, a resident of Multnomah County,
<br />Oregon, post office address Portland, Oregon, Lenora Simpson Fitzgerald, a grand - daughter, of
<br />the age of 44 years, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, post office address Wood River, Nebraska
<br />and Mary Simpson, a grand - daughter, of the age of 36 years, a resident of the State of Oregon, post
<br />office address Ellensburg, Washington, and the Court having examined the records and files herein,
<br />and being fully advised in the premises, finds that upon the filing of said petition, an Order was
<br />entered herein giving notice of the time and place of said hearing, as required by law, and said
<br />hearing having bden held, as heretofore ordered, the Court finds that the allegations contained in
<br />said petition are true, and an Order should be entered by the Court dispensing with the regular
<br />administration of said estate, and finding that the property owned by said deceased, at the time
<br />of her death, is wholly exempt from attachment, execution, or other mesne, and_not liable for the
<br />debts of said deceased, and distribution thereof be made to the heirs -at -law of said deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Mary E.Jacobus died intestate,

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, ©n the 27th day of December, 1932, being at the time of her death a
<br />resident and inhabitant of said County and State; that she left surviving her as her heirs -at -law
<br />and only heirs -at -law, the following named children and grand - children; Warren A.Jacobus, a son.
