<br />i The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said deceased; t
<br />he died intestate; that his funeral expenses and all other debts have been fully paid, and that a
<br />other debts have been fully paid, and all claims or debts of said estate and of said deceased, if
<br />any exist, are forever barred and precluded and the costs of these proceedings have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Simon Jacobus died
<br />intestate, as above stated, more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause;
<br />that no application for the appointment of an administratdr' °of his estate has ever been made, nor
<br />has any administration upon his estate been had in the State of Nebraska, or At any other place;
<br />that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and persons interested in his estate, th
<br />following named, to -wit:
<br />Mary E.Jacobus, surviving widow, of the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Warren A.Jacobus, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Martha J.Miles a daughter, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Alice Haldeman, a daughter, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Laura Quisenberry, a daughter, of Emporia, Kansas, and
<br />Anna Jacobus Simpson, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />all being over the age of twenty -one years;
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said deceased was, at the time of
<br />his death, the owner of the fallowing described real estate situated in said County of Hall and
<br />state of Nebraska, to -wit:-
<br />Lots Nine.& Ten ( 9 & 10) in Block Ten (10) in the Village of Wood River, Nebraska, in accordance
<br />with the plat of said Village as recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebra.e
<br />and that upon his death the same passed and descended, by operation of law, under the laws of des-
<br />cent in force in the State of Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution there
<br />of is hereby accordingly made.
<br />pIT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all debts of said deceased, if any
<br />there be, are forever barred and precluded; that further administration of the estate of said
<br />deceased is hereby dispensed with and said estate is settled and forever closed.

<br />ETC., entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SIMON JACOBUS, DECEASED, with the original record
<br />thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the
<br />whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is
<br />hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.
