FINAL DECREE
IS THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF )
FINAL DECREE.
GEORGE $.CHANDLER, DECEASED. )
Now on this 4th day of January, 19 ©2, this cause came on for hearing upon the report.of Herbert
C.Roper, Administrator with the will annexed of the estate of George S.Chandler, deceased, and
it satisfactorily appearing to me from the proof on file that all persons interested in said
estate have been duly notified in the manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for
examining and allowing said report, and after waiting one hour and no one appearing to object
and there being no objection or protest on file, and after a full and complete examination of
said report, the Court finds that the same is true and correct in all respects and ought to be
allowed and approved as and for the final account of said administrator.
The court finds that said administrator was appointed on the 19th-day of January, 1901; that the
time allowed creditors for filing claims against said estate was six months from the 28th day of
January, 1901; that said time has fully expired; that due and legal notice of the time allowed
and place fixed for presenting claims was given by publication and by posting, and that all
claims filed and allowed have been frilly paid and discharged.
The Court finds that the said George S.Chandler was at the time of his death the owner of the
following described real, estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
The South -West Quarter (SWJ) and the South one -half of the South -East Quarter (SJ 811) of
Seotion,5 in Township 12 in Range 9, West of the 6th P.M.
The Court further finds that the said George S.Chandler left surviving him as his heirs at law,
his widow Annie Chandler, and his children, all of whom reside in England; that the names and
ages of the said children are not given in the will of the said George $.Chandler, and are unknoa
to the court.
The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and Testament_of
the said George S.Chandler, deceased, all of the above described real estate did pass and des-
cend at his death to George Watson and Sidney Chandler, their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, in trust, to sell the same and invest the prooeeds, for the said widow Annie Chand]
and the said children of George S. Chandler.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the ancillary administrator wi
