<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 29th day of August, A.D.,1933-

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />7th day of August 1933) the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry
<br />Mehlert deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th day of August 1933, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Mehlert, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this

<br />Estate of Henry Mehlert,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 8th day of May, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of Henriette
<br />Mehlert, Executrix under the last Will and Testament of Henry Mehlert, deceased, and the court beil
<br />fully advised in the premises after examining the records and files in this case, finds that due
<br />and proper notice has been given of the filing of said Final Report, as provided by law.
<br />The court further finds that said account is in all things true and accurate and should be allowed
<br />as and for the Final Report of Henrietta Mehlert, Executrix, and that she should be and she is
<br />hereby discharged as Executrix.
<br />The court further finds that the time fixed for the filing of claims has expired and that,-no claims
<br />have been filed in said estate;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not nqN on file against
<br />said estate be and the same are forever barred.-
<br />The court further finds that said estate was not subject either to Federal estate tax or State
<br />inheritance tax.
<br />The court further finds that Henrietta Mehlert and Mrs. Henry Mehlert are one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament hereto -
<br />fore admitted to probate, the following described property did pass and descend to the said Hen-
<br />rietta Mehlert:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Block "A" of Boehm's Subdivision, located on Lot Sixteen (16) of County Subdivisi
<br />of the South half (S) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Se tion 16, Township 11, Range 9 and part
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of the Northeast Quarter (NE�) of Section 21, Township 11, Range 9,
<br />in the City of Grand Islan d,Nebraska, as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described property,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Lot Eight (S) in Block "A" of Boehm's Subdivision, located on Lot Sixteen (16) of the County
<br />Subdivision of the South half (S2) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section 16, Township 11, Rang
<br />9 and part of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of the Northeast Quarter ( NE�) of Section 211 Township
<br />11, Range 9 in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />did on the death of the said Henry Mehlert pass and descend to Henrietta Mehlert, and the same is
