<br />the same is hereby assigned to George A.Randecker, as the sole and only heir of said estate; that

<br />That said August Randecker died intestate on December 20, 1932, a. resident of Buffalo County,
<br />Nebraska; that he left surviving him a son, George A.Randecker, who is the sole and only heir of
<br />his estate.

<br />That the real estate heretofore described, of which the said August Randecker died seized and pos-
<br />sessed, descended by law and the title vested in the said George A.Randecker,

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY MEHLERT.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, HENRY MEHLERT, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory, and considering the uncertainty ofthis frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL,AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
<br />wife, Henriette Mehlert, of Grand Island, Nebraska, all of my estate, both real and personal, of
<br />every kind and nature, wherever situated, to have the same absolutely.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Henrietta Mehlert to be Executrix of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 13th day of May in
<br />the year of our Lord, one thousand and nine hundred twenty - seven.
