<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication has been given to all creditors and other
<br />persons interested, of the time fixed and place appointed for filing 'claims against said estate,
<br />and that said time has fully elapsed and expired, and that all claims filed against said estate
<br />! have been paid and fully satisfied, and that any claims not so filed, if any such there be, shou
<br />be forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims filed_agiinst said estate have been paid and
<br />fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed, if any such there be, should be and the same ari
<br />hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that William H.Mader departed this life on the 5th day of May, 1933, while
<br />a resident and inhabitant of dell County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate. That he left sur-
<br />viving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following persons, to-wit:. Mary G.Made:
<br />his widow, Mabel L.Nourse, Albert K.Mader, Ethel Leidtke and Arnold L.Mader, his children, all of
<br />whom are over 21 years of age. That at the time of his death, the said William H. Mader was the
<br />owner in fee of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 73 of Wheeler & Bennetts Third addition to the City of Gran(
<br />Island, Nebraska) and Lots 6 and 7 in Block 71 of Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska, and Lot 2 in Block 26 of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Gran
<br />i
<br />Island, Nebraska, and was possessed of personal property as shown by the inventory heretofore filed
<br />herein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that William H.Mader departed this life on the
<br />5th day of May, 1933, and that he died intestate; that Lots 1 and _2 in Block 73 of Wheeler &
<br />Bennett's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Lots 6 and 7 in Block 71 of
<br />Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island; %braska, and Lot 2 in Block 26 o:
<br />Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, upon the death of said William H,
<br />Mader, did pass and descend to Mary G.Mader, his widow, an undivided one -third interest therein,
<br />and in addition thereto, the right of homestead in and to Lots 6 and 7 in Block 71 of_Wheeler &
<br />Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and that the remaining two- thirds
<br />interest in said premises, subject to the right of homestead above mentioned, did pass and descent
<br />to Mabel L.Nourse, Albert K•Mader, Ethel Leidtke and Arnold L,Mader, share and share alike, and
<br />the same is hereby awarded to them and each of them in the proportions above set forth. That the
<br />personal property is exempt to the widow and the same is hereby awarded to her to be hers absolute
<br />that the estate is now fully administered and that the administrator be discharged and his bond
<br />released and the estate closed.
