<br />!Earl St., Philadeillbhia and my said brother W. William Huntzinger. The intention being hereby
<br />that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid out of my estate. That then my
<br />niece, Miss Anna Huntzinger shall be paid the sum of $2500.00 and that the rest and residue shall
<br />be equally divided between, Emma Rotherman, Mrs. R.A.C1ark, Mrs.William Headley and Mr. William
<br />Huntzinger, to them and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />In the event of the death of any of said devisees then the share of said devisee shall descend to
<br />his or her children, in the event that they leave children surviving them. In the event they die
<br />without issue then the share of said devisee shall descend in equal portions to the surviving
<br />devisees, including Mrs. Anna Huntzinger.
<br />I request that in the event of my death, my body be taken to Philadelphia and there interred in
<br />the same cemetery wherein my father and mother have been buried. -,
<br />In the event of my death, I request the appointment of Mr.L.M.Talmage, at present cashier of the
<br />First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as executor of this, my last will and testament.
<br />In witness whereof, I have executed the foregoing will, in the presence of competent witnesses
<br />in the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, on this First Day of April, A.D. 1914.

<br />We, the undersigned, whose names are hereto subscribed, do formally certify that on this first
<br />day of April, A.D. 1914, at the request of Mary S.Wells, we witnessed her execution of the fore-
<br />going will and testament. She signed same in our presence and we as witnesses thereto, signed
<br />same in her presence and in the presence of each other. We further certify that we consider her
<br />to be of sound and disposing mind at the time of execution of this instrument. We further certi
<br />that at her request we attested her execution of the foregoing will and testament.

<br />I, Mary S.Wells, of sound mind and memory, do make this codicil on this 6th day of March, 1929 to
<br />my will executed by me on the 1st day of April, A.D. 1914. Insaid will, I request the appointmeni
<br />of L.M.Talmage, at that time Cashier of the First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />executor of,my last will and testament. The said L.M.Talmage is now deceased. I, therefore,
<br />executed this codicil and request that in the event of my death, that W.A.Prince, who has been
<br />my legal adviser, to be appointed executor of this, my last will and testament in the place of
<br />L.M.Talmage designated therein.

<br />We, the undersigned, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that on this 6th day
<br />of March, 1929; at the request of Mary S.Wells, we witnessed her execution of the foregoing Codic:
<br />to her last will and testament. She signs said Codicil in her presence, and we as witnesses them
<br />to sign the same in her presence and in the presence of each other. We further certify that we
<br />consider her to be of sound and disposing mind at the time of the execution of said codicil, and
