Ciw.� 9=�� <br />Register of D eds <br />0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0_ 0_ 0- 0- 0_ 0_ 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0. <br />DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE:OF ) <br />D E C R E E <br />SARAH BOWKER,_DECEASED. <br />Now, on this 10th day of April, 1934, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Fred H. <br />Harder, praying for the settlement of said estate, for a determination of the heirship and right <br />e5 fa fe <br />of descent of the realAbelonging to Sarah Bowker, and the degree of kinship of her heirs at law, <br />and a decree settling her estate, <br />And it appearing to the court from the proofs on file berein that due and legal' notice has been <br />given by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this court provided, <br />to all creditors, heirs at law and other persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said <br />petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the same, which time was not less t <br />20 days nor more than 60 days after the filing of said petition, and there being no objections <br />thereto, this cause was duly submitted to the court upon the petition and the evidence in support <br />thereof, and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said pets <br />Lion are true, and that said petitioner, Fred H.Harder, is the present owner of the real estate <br />hereinafter described, and is a competent and proper person to prosecute this proceeding, that <br />the said Sarah Bowker died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska on the 12th day of January, 1895, <br />d <br />at the time of her death, the said Sarah Bowker was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and died seized as the owner in fee simple of the following described real _ estate,to -wi <br />; <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SJNW +) of Section Eighteen (18) Township Twelve (12) <br />North of Range Eleven (11), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and that more than two years have elapsed since her death, and that no application has ever been <br />made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of administrator of his estate and no petition <br />filed for that purpose, and no administration has ever been had upon the estate of Sarah Bowker, <br />deceased. <br />The Court further finds that the said Sarah Bowker left surviving her as her heirs at law and <br />only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: <br />John H.Pedley, a son, <br />Charles D.Bowker, a son <br />Mary E.Glover, a daughter <br />Sarah Jane Cole, a daughter <br />all of whom are of legal age, and that the said Sarah Bowker;was, at the time of her death, a <br />widow. <br />The Court further finds that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, in force at the time of the <br />date of the death of the said Sarah Bowker, the real estate_hereinbefore described, passed and <br />descended by absolute title to John H. Pedley one- fourth thereof, and to Charles D.Bowker one - <br />fourth thereof, and to Mary E.Glover one- fourth thereof, and to Sarah Jane Cole one- fourth there <br />f. <br />The Court further finds that the funeral expense of said deceased have been fully paid and that <br />all debts of the deceased and of his estate, if any such existed, are forever barred and precluded; <br />and that the costs of these proceedings have been paid. <br />IT IS THEREFORE_ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said Sarah Bowker died intes- <br />tate in Hall County, Nebraska on the 12th day of January, 1995, that more than two years have <br />elapsed between the death of the said Sarah Bowker and of the filing of the petition herein; tha <br />
