<br />OF FINAL DECREE.

<br />NOW on this 26th day of August, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Ellen T.Baker, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executrix of the estate of Grove:
<br />C.Baker, deceased, and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report,settlement
<br />of said estate, and her discharge as Executrix of said estate, and the Court having examined the
<br />files and records herein, including said report and the vouchers attached thereto, and being fully
<br />advised in the premises finds as follows: -
<br />That on the 14th day of December, 19322 Ellen T.Baker, surviving widow of said deceased, filed her
<br />petition in said Court in which she alleged, among other things, that her husband, Grover C.Baker,
<br />departed this life at his residence in Grand Island City, said County, on the 3rd day of December,
<br />1932, leaving a last will and testament in which said petitioner was named as Executrix, which in-
<br />strument she offered for probate as the last W131 and testament of said deceased; that upon reading
<br />and filing said petition said Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing said
<br />petition and gave notice thereof as provided by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard
<br />upon the day fixed by the Court, said instrument was admitted to probate in said Court as the last
<br />will and testament of said deceased and letters testamentary issued to Ellen T.Baker, Executrix
<br />(named in said will.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate Mt filed
<br />within said time, if any such there be, should be f ore 'ver barred, excluded and enjoined from set -
<br />ting up or assetting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, deviseee
<br />and legatees, and persons entitled to share in his estate the following, to -wit: Ellen T.Baker,
<br />surviving widow, and sole legatee named in said last will and testament heretofore admitted to pro -
<br />bate in said Court.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner in fee simple title the following described real
<br />estate situate in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Fifty (50) feet of Lot Fifteen (15 of the County Subdivision of the nest One -half (J) of
<br />the Southwest quarter of Section Fifteen (15 , Township Eleven (11)2 North Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the Sixth (6th) P.M., being a rectangular piece of land off the North end of said lot fronting on
<br />the County Road (now Locust Street), Fifty (50) feet in the City of Grand Island,
<br />and that part of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the Test One -half (1) of the South
<br />west Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11)2 North Range Nine (9)2 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., which lies West of Pine Street in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and abuts on the North
<br />Fifty (50) feet of Lot Fifteen (15) in said County Subdivision,
<br />and the following described real estate situate in the County of Laramie, state of`Wyoming, to -wit
<br />The Northeast One quarter of Section Twenty (20), Township Thirteen (13), North Range Sixty -two
<br />West of the 6th P.M.
<br />all of which real estate did pass and descend at the death of said deceased by virtue of the terms
<br />and provisions of said will to Ellen T.Baker, surviving widow of said deceased, and sole legatee
<br />said will, said legatee taking a fee simple title in and to all of said real estate.
<br />That said Ellen T.Baker, surviving widow of said deceased, being the sole legatee under skid will
<br />has waived the publication of notice of hearing on said final report and consented to an immediate
<br />hearing and allowance of said report, and said report coming on to be heard, the Court finds it to
<br />be true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for said Executrix's
<br />final report, said estate settled and closed, and aaid Executrix discharged and the sureties on
<br />her official bond released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />That said Executrix reeld from all sources cash in the amount of $165.00 and has paid out this amount
