<br />,Grover C.Baker, of the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and
<br />clare this my last Will and Testament in words and figures as follows, to wit;
<br />1.
<br />direct that my just debts and expenses of my last illness, and funeral expenses be first pall out
<br />f my estate.
<br />I1.
<br />give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Ellen T.Baker, all of my property both real and personal
<br />have and to hold and to be hers in fee simple.
<br />111.
<br />make no provision for my children, Harold Wright Baker, Evelyn Ida, Howard Franklin and Ruth
<br />ion, for the reason that I have heretofore made provisions for them under certain policies of
<br />nsurance and which will be paid to them under said policy of Insurance at my death.
<br />1V.
<br />hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Ellen T.Baker executrix of this the last Will and Tea
<br />ent, and request that no other bond be required of her as such executrix except her own personal
<br />,bligation.

<br />We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Grover C.Baker, the testator, he
<br />then being of sound mind and under no complusion, subscribed his name to this instrument in our
<br />presence and of each of us and declared at the same time in our presence and hearing that this in-
<br />strument was his last will and Testament, and we, at his request, signed our names hereto in his
<br />resence and in the presence of each of us as witnesses.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 14t
<br />day of December, 1932, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Grover C.
<br />Baker, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of January, 1933, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Grover C.Baker, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court ,aforesaid.
