<br />,William Kunkel, a nephew of Eden, Idaho; Anna Kneeling, a niece of Baltimore, Md.; Charles Potter,
<br />is brother of Baltimore, Md.; and Frank G.Grosch.
<br />(That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate to be administered in said County and
<br />State consisting entirely of personal property, he having deeded his real estate prior to his dea
<br />and that said personal property described in the inventory filed herein as shares of stock in the
<br />Equitable Building & Loan Association of Grand Island,Nebraska, of the value of $1160; checking
<br />account in the First Nat'l Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, of the value of $150.00; machinery and
<br />equipment in the Henry W.Potter Dye Works. of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the value of $4000.00 and
<br />book accounts of said business above mentioned of the value of $540.00 was bequeathed to the said
<br />Frank G.Grosch under the terr«s and provisions of said will after the payment of funeral expenses,
<br />costs of administration, attorney feds, and other debts allowed against said estate, he, the said
<br />Frank G.Grosch, being the sole legatee of.'`said will.
<br />That said estate has been duly appraised for the purpose of assessing an inheritance tax, and the
<br />tax do assessed has been paid and a receipt therefore filed herein.
<br />That the said Frank G.Grosch, being the sole legatee in said will and beneficiary of said estate,
<br />has waived the publishing of notice of the time and place of hearing said final report, enters hex
<br />t,
<br />in his approval of same and requests an order be entered herein approving said report and discharg ng
<br />said executor, and the Court having ermined said report, finds it true and correct in all things
<br />and should approve same as and for said executor's final report.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having nlaims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, be, an
<br />are hereby barred* exhluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the final report filed herein by said executor be, and the
<br />same is hereby, in all things, approved and allowed as and for said executor's final report, said
<br />estate settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the balance of the personal property remaining after the
<br />payment of all debts against said estate be, and the same is hereby assigned and set over to Frank
<br />G.Grosch, the sole beneficiary of said estate under the terms of said will.
